Abstract: The present study investigated the effects of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) to improve the therapeutic efficacy in patients with orthopedic trauma (OT) and reduce post-operative infection and lower-limb deep venous thrombosis (DVT) through a retrospective analysis.
