Abstract: The present study is a clinical trial carried out to evaluate the effects of weight loss on enzymatic antioxidants and their correlations. Methods: Thirty obese women, between the ages of 19-50, were included in this study. A low calorie diet with a 500-1000calorie deficit was recommended with the aim of 10% weight loss.
