Additional research has demonstrated that these dimensions can be influenced by numerous factors, including characteristics of individual providers (Aarons et al, 2010), organizational culture and climate (Aarons & Sawitzky, 2006; Aarons et al, 2012b), supervisor leadership behaviors (Aarons & Sommerfeld, 2012), and EBP training experiences (Lim, Nakamura, Higa-McMillan, Shimabukuro, & Slavin, 2012).
