Effects of Yoga Therapy and Walking Therapy in Reducing Blood Sugar Levels on Diabetes Mellitus Patients in the Community

Abstract: BACKGROUND: The increasing of diabetes mellitus cases in Indonesia may be due to changes in people’s lifestyles, which is lack of exercise. Factors that may contribute to the high prevalence of diabetes mellitus sufferers other than genetics are exacerbated by environmental factors.
