Medical plants are the best source for getting treatment from various diseases. Using of natural substances with therapeutic properties has been used since ancient times. More than 500 species of Aloe Vera are known. This plant is native to tropical areas, including the north of Africa, Europe and the southern part of the Mediterranean region. Aloe Vera grows widely in the south of Iran and is cultured for the pharmaceutical uses. Aloe Vera is a plant with structural and physiological adaptations that allow it to survive in arid or semiarid regions with erratic rainfall. Aloe Vera is a medicinal plant cultivated for various applications in medical, food and health products. Aloe Vera has been used for centuries for its health, beauty, medicinal and skin care properties. Aloe Vera is a plant that can produce sap and gel. The gel is extracted from the leaves, and this is the most widely used substance as a treatment. Different from traditional treatment modalities, Aloe Vera will great reduce medical cost intended as complementary therapy. Aloe Vera is much more effective and less costly in the prevention and healing the ulcers compared to current treatments. Also, since the revival of traditional medicine is important and the side effects of this drug has been proven to be trivial over the years, it seems Aloe Vera is a good substitute to replace the current methods or to be used as a complementary method for prevention of pressure ulcers and improving community health. In this article, introducing various aspects of cultivating Aloe Vera greenhouses in desert regions of Iran and their economic importance plus approaches for their development, extension, processing and marketing. Main locations of study were greenhouses of Aloe Vera in two provinces in Iran, namely South Khorasan and Semnan provinces in the east and north of the country. For doing this study utilized qualitative approach with its main tools for gathering information such as participatory observation, maps, scientific articles, pictures, documents etc.. In the end present appropriate approaches for improving its economic importance, development, extension, processing and marketing in Iran.

As azathioprine's usage in our environment grew quickly, it became important to assess their toxicity, The goal of the current investigation was to determine if aloe vera extract had any protective effects against the hematological and histopathological alterations brought on by azathioprine. animals are evenly divided into four categories: (G1) group: were received distilled water. (G2) group: were administrating azathioprine (50mg/kg. b. w). (G3) group: were administrating Aloevera gel extract (500mg/kg b.w). (G4) group: were administrating azathioprine (50mg/kg. b. w) and aloe vera gel extract (500mg/kg b.w). after four weeks, blood samples from the rats were taken to measure MCV, MCH, MCHC, GST, GSH, and MDA levels. a liver sample was also taken for each of the aforementioned groups to be examined histopathological. According to the findings, azathioprine dramatically decreased the MCV, MCH, and MCHC blood test results as compared to the control group receiving only regular aloe vera, as well as the levels of the function liver enzymes GST and GSH. In contrast to the control group, azathioprine treatment led to a considerable rise in MDA levels when liver function enzymes were measured, but aloe vera administration caused them to revert to normal levels. aside from the liver's histological alterations brought on by the administration of azathioprine, there were also impacts and enhancements brought on by the use of the aloe vera extract. Based on the results, the current study came to the conclusion that the liver damage brought on by immunosuppressive drugs such azathioprine differs from the positive results attained by giving male rats (aloe vera extract) and lowering the toxicity.

The use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), analgesics, and corticosteroids had been the treatment approach for inflammation via the inhibition of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2). However, long-term usage threatens the human organs such as the liver, kidneys and the gastrointestinal tract due to their side effects. 3 Hence, the need for an alternative with lesser or no adverse effect while proffering a comparable therapeutic effect for the treatment of inflammation cannot be overemphasized. Traditional remedies have recently gained increased acceptance and application in Africa as inflammatory-related diseases, epidemics, and pandemics appear to be on the increase. 4 Medicinal plants have proved to be an excellent alternative to conventional medicines due to their richness in diverse types of phytochemicals and micronutrients such as alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenes, tannins, saponins, zinc, iron etc. These phytochemicals are responsible for the therapeutic activities of medicinal plants such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, anticancer, neuroprotective effects. 3,4 Ginger -Zingiber officinale Roscoe (family Zingiberaceae) is one of the plants prominently used for several disease management. It is abundant in different bioactive compounds and minerals. Its fresh form contains mainly gingerols (6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, and 10-gingerol), which are converted to shogaols after heating, 5 and finally to paradols upon hydrogenation.
