Abstract:Objectives:
Breast cancer, particularly the hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2−) subtype, remains a major global health concern. Abemaciclib, a CDK4/6 inhibitor, has shown promising results in treating advanced cases.
