Efficacy and safety of oral abrocitinib monotherapy in pityriasis rubra pilarisDear Editor, Pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) is a rare papulosquamous dermatosis characterized by follicular hyperkeratosis, orangered plaques and palmoplantar keratoderma, classically with islands of sparing. 1 Some patients also develop patchy nonscarring alopecia and erythroderma.
