Abstract: Objective: In this article, the authors systematically evaluated the efficacy and safety of tranexamic acid (TXA) in surgeries for spinal trauma.Methods: Potentially relevant academic articles were identified from the Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, PubMed, and Google Scholar.
