Efficacy and Tolerability of Intravenous Paracetamol Compared to Oral Paracetamol for the Treatment of Childhood Fever

Abstract: Patients received intravenous paracetamol or paracetamol oral 10 mg/kgBW with random allocation. The body temperature was measured at 15, 30, 45, 60, 120, 180, and 240 minutes after paracetamol administration and rated the onset and degree of temperature reduction, time of normal temperature achievement.
