Efficacy of Anal Sphincter Division During Fistulotomy in Anal Fissure Associated Fistula

Abstract: BACKGROUND: A subset of chronic anal fissures beget focal infection, leading to concomitant fistula. The optimal management of fissure-associated fistula is unknown.
