Efficacy of Carbetocin versus Oxytocin and Ergometrin in Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

Abstract: Postpartum haemorrhage is defined as blood loss of 500 millilitres or more within 24 hours after a vaginal or c-section birth (WHO 2018). Hypovolemia occurs when more than 1,000mL of blood is lost in the first 24 hours after birth.
