Efficacy of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in Generalized Anxiety Disorders

Abstract: Background: Generalized anxiety disorders (GAD) are amongst the most prevalent mental disorders. Recent studies have suggested that cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is an effective treatment for GAD.
