Efficacy of cultivated corneal epithelial stem cells for ocular surface reconstruction

Abstract: PurposeTo investigate the clinical outcomes of cultivated corneal limbal epithelial transplantation (CLET) using human amniotic membrane for corneal limbal stem-cell deficiency.MethodsProspective, noncomparative case series.
