Efficacy of Cyclooxygenase 2 Inhibitors on Tumor Anorexia-Cachexia Syndrome in Patients with Cancer of the Head and Neck and Gastrointestinal Tract

Abstract: Dietary sodium intake has been shown to influence ␤2-adrenergic receptor (␤2-AR) responsiveness, and the Gly allele of the Arg16/Gly ␤2-AR polymorphism has been associated with hypertension in a linkage analysis in Rochester, MN.
