Efficacy of denosumab in two cases with multiple-system atrophy and osteoporosis

Abstract: BackgroundMultiple-system atrophy (MSA) is an α-synucleinopathy with a very aggressive course and poor prognosis, which lacks efficient treatment. Thus, MSA represents a serious health and social problem.
