Abstract:Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) remains the only curative therapy for patients with juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML). The optimal pre-transplantation therapy with maximum efficacy and minimal toxic complications remains a matter of debate.
