Abstract: Background: Chronic endometritis (CE) is a chronic inflammatory condition characterized by the presence of plasma cells in endometrial stroma. CE is a subtle disease, often overlooked by clinicians due to poor symptomatology, such as uterine bleeding, pelvic discomfort, dyspareunia, and leucorrhoea.
