Abstract: The objective of this study is to determine the Efficacy of Janda’s Approach Versus Bruegger’s Exercise in Pelvic Cross Syndrome and the quality of its impact in Life. Pelvic Cross Syndrome is characterized by tightness of thoracolumbar extensor on the dorsal side crosses with tightness of the Illiopsoas and Rectus femories.
