Efficacy of microsurgical varicocelectomy in the treatment of premature ejaculation

Abstract: Introduction: Premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common type of sexual disorder among men which comprises a great of problems. Varicocele is defined as the dilation of the pampiniform venous plexus draining the testicle.
