Abstract:Among epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation‐positive non‐small cell lung cancers, squamous cell carcinoma is less common and shows lower responsiveness to first‐generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) compared to adenocarcinoma.
