Abstract:Purpose
We investigated the efficacy and optimal dosage of recombinant Bacillus Calmette-Guérin-dltA (rBCG-dltA) in a high-throughput 3D bio-printed bladder cancer-on-a-chip (BCOC) and orthotopic bladder cancer mouse model.
