Abstract:Urgency urinary incontinence (UUI) refractory to medical treatment poses significant challenges despite advancements. This study evaluates the efficacy of intravesical botulinum toxin for UUI and identifies factors influencing treatment outcomes. Among 368 women receiving botulinum toxin injections, 74.5% achieved a complete discontinuation of pad usage.
