Abstract:Antigen B (AgB), the major antigens of Echinococcus granulosus, is a polymeric thermostable lipoprotein that constitutes as much as 10% of hydatid fluid.Antibody and cytokine response were both studied in rabbits immunized with Echinococcus granulosus antigen B (AgB).
