Abstract:This work examines the issues of obtaining compositions with adaptogenic and prebiotic effects, quality control, as well as assessment of their biological effects. Inulin was analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC with refractometric detection. In vivo studies were performed using 50 male Wistar rats, 6 weeks old, with an initial body weight of 158 ± 3 g.
