Abstract:Solid-supported catalysts play efficient and crucial
roles in organic
synthesis. A solid-supported palladium(II) complex based on chitosan
was synthesized and fully characterized using all possible tools (Fourier
transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry analysis, differential
scanning calorimetry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, energy-dispersive
X-ray spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,
scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and

“…A slight shift to a lower value of the >CN– peak signifies the coordination of the imine-N to the Pd. 13 Fig. 1d shows the FT-IR spectrum of reused catalyst IV , which is consistent with the fresh one, indicating that the functional groups of the MOF were retained after five consecutive runs.…”
Herein, palladium containing metal-organic framework was designed for utilizing in C-H functionalization of unactivated arenes. The catalyst was prepared via post-synthetic modification of amino-functionalized MIL-101(Cr) and was well characterized using...

Supramolecular palladium(II) supported on the modified chitosan by DL-methionine using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid linker (Pd@MET-EDTA-CS), was designed and prepared through a simple procedure. The structure of this novel supramolecular nanocomposite was...
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
