Abstract: This paper explores an energy efficient spectrum allocation to unlicensed cognitive users with licensed primary users by a novel Distributed Dynamic Power Allocation (DDPA) and beam forming strategy in the multi user downlink Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) underlay cognitive radio network with multi-objective constraints.
