Abstract:The development of low-cost energy storage materials and the high-value utilization of fly ash are two major challenges that need to be addressed in the field of renewable energy. This work proposes an alkaline hydrothermal treatment method suitable for fly ash modification and prepares a porous bamboo leaf-like structured supporting material for encapsulating polyethylene glycol (PEG) phase change components. The results show that the prepared modified fly ash-based thermal storage material has an excellent l… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
