Abstract: Perovskite oxide LaFeO3(LFO) emerges as a potential candidate for formaldehyde (HCHO) detection due to its exceptional electrical conductivity and abundant active metal sites. However, the sensitivity of the LFO sensor needs to be further enhanced.
