Efficient load balancing for parallel adaptive finite-element electromagnetics with vector tetrahedra

Abstract: The potential benefits of employing optimal discretization-based (ODB) refinement criteria for vector tetrahedra to achieve load balancing in three-dimensional parallel adaptive finite-element electromagnetic analysis are considered.
