Efficient Nyberg-Rueppel type of NTRU digital signature algorithm

Abstract: Message recovery is an important property in Nyberg-Rueppel type digital signature algorithms. However, the security of Nyberg-Rueppel type digital signature algorithms depends on the hard problems which might be vulnerable to quantum attacks.
