Efficient Ring Signature for Cross-chain Data Sharing in Blockchain-enabled Cold-chain Logistics System

Abstract: Blockchain-enabled cold-chain logistics system (BCCLS) has well solved the centralized problem in traditional systems. However, along with that different logistics entities establish their own distributed blockchain ledger, which brings new “data island” and privacy leakage problems for BCCLS. In this paper, a transaction ring signing model with a multi-chain fusion mechanism has been introduced first which helps to achieve secure cross-chain data sharing. Meanwhile, a ring signature (RS) scheme is proposed wi… Show more

“…Regarding the issue of logistics data integration between private blockchains, several existing solutions employ blockchain interoperability to address it. Zhang et al [4] proposed an efficient ring signature scheme for cross-chain data sharing in blockchain-based cold chain logistics systems, aiming to tackle the "data silo" and privacy leakage challenges. Wang et al [5] addressed problems in traditional supply chain traceability models, such as data falsification, information sharing difficulties, and data opacity.…”

“…Yakubu et al [26] proposed a framework, RiceChain, which is capable of tracking and monitoring all interactions and transactions among all stakeholders in the rice chain ecosystem through smart contracts. Zhang et al [4] proposed a cross-chain data sharing scheme in a blockchain-based cold chain logistics system (ColdChain). It incorporates a transaction ring-signing model with a multi-chain fusion mechanism and a ring signature scheme.…”
