Efficient Variation-Aware Delay Fault Simulation Methodology for Resistive Open and Bridge Defects

Abstract: SPICE offers an accurate method of simulating defect behavior. However, as demonstrated by recent research, it requires long computation time to simulate defect behavior, when considering process variation.
