Abstract: Objetivo: Sumarizar revisões sistemáticas que analisaram a eficácia do treinamento resistido na força muscular e funcionalidade em indivíduos adultos após o acidente vascular cerebral. Métodos: Revisão sistemática, PROSPERO (CRD42020208823), realizada nas bases: Pubmed, EBSCO, Lilacs, Medline, Portal BVS, Scielo, Cochrane, SPORTDiscus e PEDro.
