Generation Z is the generation with an average age of 10 to 25 years. This generation is smarter and more active in digitalization than the previous generation. Mental health problems in Generation Z have increased every year. Efforts made by doing mental health self-care. One of the races in Indonesia, mental health problems often occur. The race is the Melanesian Race which is in the eastern part of Indonesia. Cultural factors and warfare have contributed to mental health problems in the region. This research aims to describe mental health self-care for Melanesians in Indonesia. This research design uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a survey approach. The sample used is Generation Z of the Melanesian Race with a total of 169 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The measuring tool uses the Mindful Self-Care Scale questionnaire. The sampling technique is by distributing it through the Google form, Whatsapp groups, telegrams to social media. The research was conducted from September 2022 to February 2023. The description of the average mental health self-care for Generation Z of the Melanesian Race is mostly physical care (17.56 ± 4.986). while self-care mental health generation Z Race Melanesian (82.13±16.021). Mental health self-care for generation Z Melanesian race prefers physical care. And self-care for the mental health of Generation Z of the Melanesian Race is more towards positive behavior.

Mental health is one of the negative behaviors in teenagers such as bullying. Bullying can cause teenagers to become anxious, depressed, sleep disorders, angry, and at risk of suicide. To find out this, developing an instrument for positive adolescent behavior in preventing bullying is necessary. This research aims to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Questionnaire Positive Behavior Support Quality of Life Questionnaire (PBSQLQ) in Indonesian. The method used is testing a questionnaire PBSQLQ in Indonesian with a quantitative approach and cross-sectional design. The sample was 30 teenagers living in Malang Regency using an incidental sampling technique. PBSQLQ results in Indonesian have five indicators, namely health and safety (Cronbach alpha = 0.961), self-advocacy (Cronbach alpha = 0.831), social relationships (Cronbach alpha = 0.852), productive activities (Cronbach alpha = 0.741), and community participation (Cronbach alpha = 0.755). The validity test results of all indicator questions were declared valid. Analysis of questionnaires about positive behavior in preventing bullying in teenagers using PBSQLQ in Indonesian can be used as a measuring tool for mental health research in teenagers due to bullying. So, this questionnaire can be used as an indicator of the positive behavior of teenagers in preventing bullying, especially on the impact on mental health in teenagers. This research concludes that the PBSQLQ in Indonesian has a valid value for each question per indicator and has a reliable or consistent value as a tool for measuring positive behavior in preventing bullying in teenagers.

Bullying is a negative behavior that has an impact on mental health problems. Cases at school make bullying often carried out by students / adolescents. Scouting is one of the movements that exist in schools as agents of change and examples of leader values in schools. Literacy module as a health promotion media effort in bullying prevention. The purpose of this study was to develop a mental health literacy module based on the scout movement to prevent bullying. This research is a development research by testing modules. Design with a 4D model approach (defining, designing, developing, and disseminating). The respondents in this study were experts in the field of mental and community nursing, as well as 4 scout teachers. Assessment using content validity ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI). The results at the defining stage were bullying problems in schools, the design stage with the creation of literacy modules based on the scout movement, stage three development with the results of CVR (20.5) and CVI (0.46) and stage three module dissemination. Analysis of module development through a series of 4 stages is carried out with the results of development by 4 experts in a ratio of 3 statements that are not accepted on the feasibility and accuracy indicators. However, from the overall results, the validity of the content is declared appropriate. The conclusion that the development of a mental health literacy module based on the scout movement to prevent bullying was stated to be appropriate by 4 experts.
