In zero waste agriculture, all parts of plants or animals produced will be fully utilised. The aim of the research was to study the integration of livestock-based IFS with the principle of zero waste agriculture through a strategic management approach with farmer household land (RTP). Qualitative research with the main target of limited land farmers with integrated farming systems of food crop agriculture, livestock and fish farming in ponds. Data were analysed using the strategic management method, where the results of the analysis revealed the potential for the development of integrated farming systems in North Minahasa district. From the 4F product development target, namely food, feed, fuel, and fertiliser, there is still one result that has not been fulfilled from the integration system, namely fuel. Therefore, the development strategy model is to empower farmers by streamlining the extension system, farming partnerships, regulatory support, creating brand products and promotion of organic agricultural, livestock and fish products.
