“…LPS (L8880, Solarbio, China) was formulated at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS, and diluted to concentrations ranging from 0 to 200 ng/mL. PaL cells at passage 40 were seeded into 96‐well plates and incubated with different concentrations (10, 50, 100, 200 ng/mL) of LPS or PBS as a control for 24 and 48 h. Similarly, PA was formulated as bovine serum albumin (BSA, Sigma, USA)/FA complexes at a concentration of 10 mM according to the previous study (Shi et al, 2022).
