Ein kationischer Zinkhydridcluster, stabilisiert durch ein N‐heterocyclisches Carben: Synthese, Reaktivität und Hydrosilylierungskatalyse

Abstract: Der dreikernige kationische Zinkhydridcluster [(IMes) 3 Zn 3 H 4 (THF)](BPh 4 ) 2 (1) wurde entweder durch Protonierung des neutralen Zinkdihydrids [(IMes)ZnH 2 ] 2 mit einer Brønsted-Säure oder durch Zugabe des Zink-Dikations [(IMes)Zn(THF)] 2+ gebildet. Oxidation von 1 mit PhS-SPh führte zum dreifach verbrückten Thiophenolato-Komplex 2. Die Protonolyse von 1 mit Methanol oder Wasser ergab die entsprechenden dreikernigen kationischen Derivate.
