Einfluß von 6% HES 200/0.6-0.66 auf Plasmavolumen und Blutgerinnung

Abstract: Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchung war die Beurteilung der Plasmavolumenveränderungen nach Applikation von 500 ml 6% HES 200/0.6-0.66 innerhalb von 30 min an 12 Patienten der ASA-Klassifikationen I und II. In einer Kontrollgruppe an ebenfalls 12 Personen wurden 500 ml Ringerlaktat innerhalb desselben Zeitraumes verabreicht.
