Einfluß von thermischer und mechanischer Belastung auf 17 klinisch-chemische Parameter

Abstract

The effect of thermical and mechanical load on 17 clinical-chemical parameters was studied during the storage of serumspecimen at +4° C for 48 hours or transport by post or car. It could be shown, that for the most parameters the main influence on precision and accuracy of the analyses was based on the storage and not on the transport of the specimen. The time for storage can be minimised by car-transport. The transport by post, however, leads always to a storage for 24-48 hours by various temperatures. Therefor the transport by post has to account the influence by the storage of the specimen.
