Abstract:The effect of thermical and mechanical load on 17 clinical-chemical parameters was studied during the storage of serumspecimen at +4° C for 48 hours or transport by post or car. It could be shown, that for the most parameters the main influence on precision and accuracy of the analyses was based on the storage and not on the transport of the specimen.
