Abstract: Stanje razmer v organizaciji se lahko zaznava, meri in predstavlja z različnih vidikov – tudi z vidika varnega in zdravega delovnega okolja. Učinki takšnega delovnega okolja se odražajo na zaposlenih oziroma na njihovem zdravju in počutju ter na rezultatih dela.
