El antes y después de la modernizacion de regadíos

Abstract: El objeto de este estudio es abordar la situación de los regadíos de la Cuenca de Mula antes de las actuaciones de modernización. Valorar las medidas de mejora, inversiones e infraestructuras, y los nuevos métodos de gestión contenidos en los Planes. Ver si se ha producido una mejora significativa en la calidad de vida de los regantes. Y realizar una prognosis de estos regadíos en el tercer milenio, a la vista de las políticas agraria y ambiental de la Unión Europea.
