This research uses the PFEP methodology, which means Plan for Each Part in Spanish, in which the Kanban tool is used as a Lean tool for flow generation. Which helped us improve the supply of materials, create and standardize new transit routes, types of waste were eliminated such as waiting times to serve the internal client (production system), unnecessary transfers of mobile equipment, overproduction and inventories in process, considering the quantities necessary to minimize stocks, this is supported by production planning, the master plan that will indicate the SKU quantities and the materials plan or MRP I for the supply of materials, finally in economic matters it was obtained a saving of S/. 390,537 per year
