El reto de la descentralización educativa: reflexiones desde la mirada de actores nacionales y subnacionales en el caso del departamento del Atlántico

Abstract: Según teóricos de la escuela de la elección pública, la descentralización política y administrativa mejora la eficiencia en la prestación de servicios públicos territoriales.
