El uso del método MICMAC, para la definición de procesos de intervención en las organizaciones

Abstract: Este documento es un extracto del informe de investigación titulado, “MicMac, aplicado a los componentes del PENTEX, una aproximación a la validación de las matrices” (Pérez-Uribe, Nieto, Vargas y Díaz, 2015), cuyo propósito es divulgar la aplicación de la metodología de análisis estructural, aplicado a la definición de las variables que fundamenten un proceso de intervención en las organizaciones.
