Abstract:n e elastic-scattering differential cross sections for protons (150-1040 MeV), antiprotons (46.8 and 179.J MeV) and pions (180 and 2b0 MeV) on "C are analysed within the framework of Glauber multiple scattering theory up to the third-order term.Pauli, short-range dynamical and centre-of-mass correlations besides the Coulomb effect are considered. It is found that nucleon-nucleon correlations may play an important role in describing the expenmental data in cases of proton scattering at I.04GeV and antiproton sc… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
