Abstract:The aim of this research is to investigate the phase transformations and magnetic properties of nanoparticles formed during electric arc sputtering of composite Fe-Mn-C with subsequent annealing of the resulting composite in an oxygen atmosphere. As a result of the study, pure metals, mixed oxides, carbides, and carbon nanocomposites are synthesized.
