Electric field measurement of organic photovoltaic cell model using electrooptic probe

Abstract: In this paper, we describe the use of a transverse electrooptic probe to measure the electric field of an organic photovoltaic (OPV) cell model. It is necessary to measure the voltage of each OPV cell in order to diagnose failure of the OPV. An electric field is generated by the OPV cell voltage, so measuring the electric field is effective for obtaining a failure diagnosis of the OPV.
