Abstract:This paper investigates characteristics of electrical tranisent responses, including short-circuit currents and opencircuit voltages, at input terminals of a bolt-clamped Langevin type (BLT) transducer under different one-shot hitting drive conditions by theretical and experimental results. The characteristics contain maximum short-circuit currents, maximum open-circuit voltages, oscillation frequencies, time constants and dissipation energies. In doing so, an equivalent circuit model of the BLT transducer for… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
