Electrical Properties of Sr3Mo1–xWxO6‐Based Solid Solution

Abstract: Herein, a study on the suitability of the Sr 3 Mo 1-x W x O 6 (0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.9) solidsolution system for radio frequency and microwave (MW) applications is reported. The ceramic powders are synthesized via solid-state reaction at 1423 K for 6 h.
