Electrical properties of ultra thin evaporated polypropylene films

Abstract: A u l t r a t h i n p o l y p r o p y l e n e film ( t h i n PP film) i s d e p o s i t e d on a glass s u b s t r a t e from a e v a p o r a t i n g s o u r c e in vacuum. The t e m p e r a t u r e of t h e g l a s s s u b s t r a t e is kept a t 100 " C d u r i n g t h e deposition. The thin PP film is a b o u t 100 A in thickness.
